Ordering Information & Disclaimers

    • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your custom cake order. This ensures your desired date and design are secured in our schedule.

    • The remaining balance is due 3 business days prior to your event date. This allows us to finalize your cake with the freshest ingredients.

    • We accept secure payments conveniently through Square via a text message or email link.

  • Due to the expedited nature of rush and same-day orders, design options may be limited. You will be notified of any necessary adjustments prior to order confirmation. All orders must be confirmed and paid in full within 3 hours of initial inquiry.

    Rush Order Fee: A $75 fee will be added to your total order cost. Example: $115 Modern 6" Cake + $75 Rush Order Fee = $190 total before tax.

    Same-Day Order Fee: A $150 fee will be added to your total order cost. Example: $115 Modern 6" Cake + $150 Same-Day Order Fee = $265 total before tax.

    • To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all, please disclose any allergies during the order form process. We take all reasonable precautions to maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment. However, due to the nature of a shared baking space, we cannot guarantee complete allergen-free products, but you will be informed if we can not accommodate your needs!

  • At Indya's Sweet Treats, we pride ourselves on using the finest, freshest ingredients to create custom cakes that are as delightful to the eye as they are to the taste. To guarantee this level of quality and ensure we can dedicate the necessary time and resources to each unique creation, all cake orders are final and non-refundable.
